1. Where We Ship:
We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates.
2. Handling Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. If you place an order after 6 pm. We will process it on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes:
Standard shipping within the United Arab Emirates takes 3-7 working days.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Free shipping on orders over AED 150.
- AED 15 shipping charge for orders under AED 150.
5. Shipping Carriers:
We work with trusted local delivery services to ensure smooth and secure delivery
6. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
8. Shipping Restrictions:
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete street address and active contact number to ensure successful delivery.
